Job summary

Client is a well-established manufacturing group supporting electronics and technology industries. The role focuses on RF/microwave design, simulation, and qualification across new product programs.

You will collaborate with customers on requirements, reviews, and test plans, and work with engineering teams to resolve RF performance issues during NPI and ramp-up, while producing datasheets and technical reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with RF/Microwave specialization.
• 3–5 years RF design or applications engineering experience.
• Proficiency with RF simulation tools (ADS, HFSS, Microwave Office, or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of RF component design principles (amplifiers, filters, passives).
• Strong communication skills for direct customer/technical interface.

Responsibilities

• Support design, characterization, and qualification of RF/microwave components and sub-assemblies (amplifiers, filters, switches, and related modules).
• Perform RF simulation and modeling to support new product design and design-for-manufacture reviews.
• Collaborate with customers on technical requirements, design reviews, and qualification test plans.
• Work with process and test engineering teams to resolve RF performance issues during NPI and production ramp-up.
• Prepare technical documentation, datasheets, and customer-facing engineering reports.
• Stay current on RF/microwave technology trends relevant to connectivity applications.
