Job description

This will be a permanent position based in Jurong East

Responsibilities:

• RF, analog ICs, CMOS transceivers design and development.
• Circuit simulations
• Work with Layout Engineers to complete layout design.
• Testing and validation of IC designs.
• Optimize performance.
• Design processes and results documentation.
• Design of sub-blocks such as LNA, Mixer, PA, VCO, Fractional-N PLL, ADPLL, and filters at the transistor level.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in RF/analog IC design and in CMOS transceiver design.
• Experience designing sub-blocks like LNA, Mixer, PA, VCO, Fractional-N PLL, ADPLL, and filters at the transistor level.
• Proficiency in using EDA tools such as Virtuoso, Spectre, EMX, HFSS, or similar.
• Knowledge of RF principles and analog circuit design.
• Good problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
