Rewards Executive (Human Resource/Data) #JYS

• Handle data clean-up and analysis for rewards and benefits, including consolidating information across business units and validating details
• Support HR operations by managing data-related tasks for the People Excellence team (about 50% of the role)
• Work on data transfers using existing templates and ensure accuracy of records
• Contribute to cross-team projects as the scope expands
