About the Role:

Reporting to our Global Sales Operations Performance & Compensation Director, we are looking for an experienced Global Sales Operations Revenue Optimization Manager. This role is key in implementing and optimizing revenue-impacting programs across our global sales organization, ensuring policy consistency and driving commercial excellence.

The successful candidate will work closely with sales leadership across regions, building relationships, planning, executing strategies for growth, and maximizing outcomes for the company. As part of Global Sales Operations, you will leverage business acumen to:

  • Partner with sales and finance teams on deal effectiveness and ARR impact.
  • Manage programs and policies to support regional and global growth.
What You’ll Do:
Deal Effectiveness, Reviews, and Approval Management
  • Assess complex deal structures and advise sales and finance leadership.
  • Define and manage commercial offers to optimize ARR.
  • Review non-standard deals for compliance.
  • Support CPQ approval processes and automation enhancements.
Compensation Program Management
  • Handle compensation and policy exception requests.
  • Translate compensation plans into field-friendly formats.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and support audits.
Policy & Rules of Engagement (ROE) Management
  • Implement and monitor global ROE policies.
  • Develop process improvements for efficiency.
  • Maintain dashboards and facilitate cross-team alignment.
What You’ll Need:
  • 5+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills; experience with Salesforce and Tableau preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive change and engage stakeholders.
  • Experience with SaaS licensing, revenue recognition, and pricing strategies preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of sales principles, analytics, and compensation design is a plus.
