Job summary

OSL seeks a versatile Payment Business Operations Specialist to bridge front-line revenue growth with back-end infrastructure in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will resolve onboarding blockages, implement workarounds to protect revenue, and translate learnings into repeatable SOPs while gathering user feedback for product improvements.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in cross-border B2B payments or PSPs, strong AML/KYC knowledge, and bilingual English/Mandarin communication.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in cross-border B2B payments, merchant acquiring, PSPs or fintech platforms.
• Solid working knowledge of AML/KYC frameworks, payment gateway mechanics, FX clearing, and international/local payment rails.
• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese for cross-regional communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational escalation and edge-case support for onboarding, KYC/KYB, payment routing, and FX settlements.
• Draft and maintain SOPs; optimize workflows between sales and risk/compliance.
• Translate operational pain points into product/tech feedback to improve auto-approval and exception handling.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support non-standard enterprise profiles.
