Job Description:
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly business performance data, including pickup, pace, segmentation, and market trends.
- Prepare and distribute reports such as STR benchmarking, pick-up reports, pace reports, and revenue forecast.
- Assist in preparing and updating rolling forecasts in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of weekly Revenue Management meetings, including data compilation, reporting, and agenda setting.
Pricing & Inventory Support
- Support the implementation of pricing strategies and revenue optimization tactics.
- Monitor inventory availability and restrictions across all channels to ensure optimal yield.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of rate plans and room types in CRS/PMS/Channel Manager.
System Maintenance & Accuracy
- Ensure data accuracy across RMS, CRS, PMS, and third-party systems.
- Perform audits to validate rate parity and inventory integrity across all distribution channels.
- Liaise with the Reservations teams to ensure proper system alignment.
Commercial Support
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to analyze campaign performance and identify demand opportunities.
- Provide analytical support during pricing discussions, RFP evaluations, and promotional planning.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market positioning using tools like Lighthouse, or TravelClick Demand360.
Strategic Projects
- Contribute to the development of annual business plans and long-term strategic goals.
- Assist in special projects such as system migrations, new channel integrations.
