Job Description:
A Lazada Returns Operation Supervisor is responsible for managing the entire returns process, from receiving returns to ensuring they are properly processed and dispatched, while meeting performance, quality, and cost targets. This includes supervising daily workflows, manpower deployment, and helping identify daily issues.
Key responsibilities include:
• Overseeing the daily workflow and manpower deployment to ensure targets are met.
• Working to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Supervising and motivating a team.
• Training staff to ensure competency.
• Track performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Compiling daily, weekly and monthly report.
• Communicating effectively with team members, other departments, and potentially external partners.
• Conducting investigations to provide proper judgement for returned items.
• To assist superior on all matters/ projects from time to time.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Operation
• Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite of applications and using data to inform and set priorities and identify challenges/opportunities (excel/ppt/word files)
• Independent and able to cope with pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fresh graduates are welcome
