Positions available span from entry-level Personal Wealth Executives to experienced Wealth Banking Relationship Managers. Job Description & Requirements
PERM HIRE WITH A BANKING SECTOR CLIENT BASE IN SINGAPORE - We are actively looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team in the following roles:
Personal Wealth Executive (entry-level, new grads or applicants without relevant experience welcome)
Personal Wealth Manager (mid-leve)
Wealth Banking Relationship Manager (senior-level, experienced advisors)
These roles are part of the client's Retail Banking division - Personal Wealth Banking, supporting mass market and affluent clients in achieving their financial goals through tailored wealth management solutions.
Provide expert financial advice across savings, investment, insurance, and loan products
Build and manage a portfolio of clients through proactive outreach and relationship building
Meet and exceed individual sales targets while ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory policies (e.g., FAA)
Deliver excellent client experience through ethical advisory practices and timely follow-up
Guide clients across various life stages and financial goals with personalized solutions
Pre-Onboarding: Pass 3 out of 6 required CMFAS papers
Months 1–2: Classroom training at corporate campus
Months 3–4: On-the-job training at designated training branch cluster (cold calling, basic advisory)
Month 5 Onward: Full branch deployment (subject to assessment clearance)
Recognised university degree in any discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven, results-oriented, and highly motivated
Prior financial advisory or banking experience is an advantage for mid/senior roles
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a structured career framework
Sales Route:
Personal Wealth Executive
Personal Wealth Manager / Wealth Banking Relationship Manager
Privilege Banking Relationship Manager
Private Banker
(Progression based on sales performance, product knowledge, and client AUM)
Management Route:
Eligible for Team Lead or Branch Manager roles after 2+ years of performance and leadership potential
Specialist / Alternative Pathways:
Financial Product Specialist, Investment Advisor, or roles in middle-/back-office functions such as Compliance, Risk, or Operations
Comprehensive training and support for all levels
Industry-recognized certifications (CMFAS)
