Job summary

Triumph International Services (APAC) Limited in Singapore is seeking a creative Visual Merchandising & Marketing Specialist to bring our brand to life across retail outlets. You will design window displays, in-store presentations, and activations that attract customers and drive sales, working closely with the Marketing team in Woodlands.

The role requires hands-on experience planning and executing displays, knowledge of retail space planning, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising within retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods in Singapore.
• Hands-on experience in planning and executing window displays, in-store merchandising, and retail activations.
• Good understanding of visual merchandising principles, retail space planning, and customer journey optimization.
• Experience with regional or multinational organizations is preferred.
• Prior experience in fashion, lingerie, or related retail sectors would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop window, in-store, counter, and other retail displays to capture consumer attention.
• Support product launches and campaigns through effective visual merchandising.
• Refresh displays regularly to reflect seasonal themes and campaigns.
• Work with Marketing to ensure consistent brand presentation across outlets.
• Plan and oversee all visual merchandising with brand guidelines and store layouts.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for display materials and fixtures.
