We are looking for a dynamic Retail Training Specialist to elevate the capabilities of boutique teams across the region. Deliver Engaging Training Sessions
Conduct refresher and mini-training workshops for internal and external boutique teams—both in-person and virtually. Your sessions will be interactive, personalized, and impactful.
On-the-Ground Coaching
Regularly visit boutiques to observe team performance and offer hands-on coaching, helping staff to confidently apply new skills (e.g. service rituals, sales interactions).
Collaborate on Training Strategy
Partner with the Training Manager to assess program effectiveness through feedback, results, and improvement initiatives.
Track & Report Progress
Keep accurate training records, report on participant progress, and monitor completion rates to ensure excellence at every step.
Support Learning Operations
Assist in the logistics and execution of training sessions and workshops. This includes scheduling, materials prep, and follow-up.
New Hire Onboarding Champion
Lead orientation sessions, provide learning resources, and ensure smooth integration of new hires into boutique operations.
Quality Implementation Follow-up
Support boutique teams in executing best practices from Quality Visits and help maintain consistent brand standards.
5+ years of training experience in a retail or luxury retail environment
A Diploma or higher in Retail Management, Sales, or a related field
Strong presentation, coaching, and public speaking abilities
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint in particular)
Experience working across Southeast Asia markets is a plus
A collaborative, client-centric mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
Confidence in navigating boutique operations and building relationships with frontline teams
