This role oversees all learning and development initiatives for retail staff, executing regional strategies and unifying the brand and customer experience across Singapore stores.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analyzing, adapting, implementing, developing, and measuring global onboarding and training programs to align with business goals and enhance brand loyalty.
- Lead field training initiatives, including new store openings, one-on-one coaching, and interactive workshops to elevate customer engagement and sales effectiveness.
- Conducting training analysis in collaboration with the retail management team to support short- to long-term strategic priorities.
- Involves regular store visits to observe team performance, deliver on-site coaching, and ensure consistent training execution.
- Provide feedback, create localized training initiatives, and maintain accurate records and reports to monitor training effectiveness.
- To inspire sales teams and champion the brand service culture.
- Requires cross-functional collaboration to assess evolving training needs and lead customer-centric strategies.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma with at least 5 years of training experience in retail, luxury, or FMCG industries
- Professional training certifications are a plus
- Experience in field coaching is preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly and stay flexible during fast-paced or changing environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong classroom facilitation experience across diverse audiences
- Passionate about retail and knowledgeable about the fashion or luxury sector
- Self-driven, independent, energetic, and equipped with strong interpersonal skills
- Collaborative mindset with openness to building cross-functional relationships
- Proven project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work flexibly in both office and store settings, iand interstate travel.
