Job description

Job Summary:
Support the execution of trade marketing activities and retail promotions to enhance brand presence and drive product sales across various retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of trade marketing plans and retail campaigns in line with brand objectives.

  • Coordinate and execute in-store promotions, product displays, and retail activations to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support retail activities across supermarkets, shopping malls, and specialty stores.

  • Liaise with retail partners to coordinate promotional setups, display placements, and ensure brand visibility at point of sale.

  • Support the production and distribution of POS materials including signage, merchandising tools, and promotional kits.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand campaigns at retail locations.

  • Assist in tracking promotional effectiveness by gathering data and insights from in-store activities.

  • Help organize and manage on-ground retail events such as atrium sales, warehouse activations, and XP Zone promotions.

  • Ensure accurate execution of brand standards and visibility guidelines during retail campaigns.

  • Contribute to post-event reports and support continuous improvement of trade marketing efforts.

  • Manage event staff and casual workers during events ensuring smooth operation.

  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned by Management.
