A leading marketing firm in Singapore seeks a candidate to support trade marketing activities and retail promotions. Responsibilities include coordinating in-store promotions and managing partnerships with retail channels to enhance brand presence and drive product sales. The ideal candidate will assist with logistical elements of promotions and be involved in tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Job Summary:
Support the execution of trade marketing activities and retail promotions to enhance brand presence and drive product sales across various retail channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of trade marketing plans and retail campaigns in line with brand objectives.
Coordinate and execute in-store promotions, product displays, and retail activations to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support retail activities across supermarkets, shopping malls, and specialty stores.
Liaise with retail partners to coordinate promotional setups, display placements, and ensure brand visibility at point of sale.
Support the production and distribution of POS materials including signage, merchandising tools, and promotional kits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand campaigns at retail locations.
Assist in tracking promotional effectiveness by gathering data and insights from in-store activities.
Help organize and manage on-ground retail events such as atrium sales, warehouse activations, and XP Zone promotions.
Ensure accurate execution of brand standards and visibility guidelines during retail campaigns.
Contribute to post-event reports and support continuous improvement of trade marketing efforts.
Manage event staff and casual workers during events ensuring smooth operation.
Any other adhoc duties as assigned by Management.
