A leading company in consumer appliances is seeking a Retail Supervisor to oversee operations and sales of Midea air-conditioning products. The ideal candidate will have retail experience, leadership skills, and a passion for customer service. Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in electrical or aircon products
Prior experience in team supervision or outlet management is a strong advantage
Passionate about customer service and achieving sales goals
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily retail operations across assigned Midea store(s)
Lead and motivate a team of promoters to achieve sales targets
Promote and sell Midea air-conditioning products to walk-in customers
Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support
Maintain attractive visual merchandising and product displays
Handle inventory management, stock ordering, and basic reporting
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation

Requirements:
Preferably with experience in selling consumer electronics or household appliances products.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is often required to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
Able to commit to retail hours including weekends/public holidays.
Participate in ad-hoc duties or roadshow when required.
Job scopes:
Actively promote Midea's home appliances to customers
Approach and interact with walk-in customers, providing information about product features and benefits to encourage purchases.
Manage to achieve monthly sales target
Set up and maintain attractive product displays to draw customer attention.
Address customer inquiries, provide after-sales support, and maintain a positive brand image.
