Job summary

A leading company in consumer appliances seeks a Retail Supervisor to oversee operations at Midea stores. This role includes managing a team, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. Candidates should have a passion for retail and at least 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in air-conditioning or electrical products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably with electrical or aircon products.
• Experience in team supervision or outlet management is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily retail operations across assigned Midea store(s).
• Lead and motivate a team of promoters to achieve sales targets.
• Promote and sell Midea air-conditioning products to walk-in customers.
