About the role

We are looking for a driven and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our North-East Region team at Goldlion Enterprise (S) Pte Ltd. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales performance. This is a full-time position based in the North-East Region.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and training retail staff to deliver high-quality customer service

• Monitoring and managing store inventory, sales, and merchandising

• Ensuring store compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Analysing sales data and implementing strategies to improve store performance

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints

• Collaborating with the regional team to implement marketing and promotional activities

• Providing regular reports and feedback to the management team
