Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned team sales targets and drive store performance.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of Retail Assistants and third-party staff.

• Conduct morning briefings and ensure smooth daily operations.

• Approve goods returns and refunds in accordance with company policies.

• Manage stock replenishment, including repeat ordering of basic stock.

• Oversee merchandising activities to optimize sales and product visibility.

• Estimate business needs and authorize purchases of required goods.

• Conduct regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and statutory regulations.

• Handle workplace incidents, accidents, and report to headquarters as required.

• Provide training to staff on product knowledge and customer service.

Requirements:

• Candidates with experience in a retail supervisory role or similar position.

• Knowledge of POS systems and retail software.

• Minimum GCE 'O' or 'N' level.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent product knowledge and customer service skills.

• Ability to train and motivate staff.

• Proficiency in inventory management and sales optimization.

• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Able to carry load 10kg and above.
