Retail Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth workflow during shifts
• Guide and support the team to consistently deliver high standards of customer service
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Ensure merchandise is replenished, neatly presented, and in line with visual guidelines
• Use digital tools (e.g., kiosks) to help customers explore the full product range
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and KPIs
• Assist in training and onboarding of new team members
• Monitor staff grooming and conduct to maintain brand presentation
• Provide basic reporting support to management (e.g., top sellers, stock movement)
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the shop floor and backroom areas
• Uphold company SOPs and safety standards at all times
