Retail Store Supervisor [ Japanese speaking | Up to $3,500+AWS+VB]

Responsibilities:

1. Manage stock control, merchandise display, and replenishment with good forecasting.
2. Handle cash register operations, including opening and closing the POS system.
3. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Retail Promoters.
4. Prepare and update duty rosters to ensure smooth operations.
5. Conduct team briefings before each shift.
6. Set an example in customer service, product knowledge, selling skills, and cashiering.
7. Improve inventory management procedures.
8. Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
9. Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
10. Attend meetings and handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
2. Proficiency in English and Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking stakeholders and clients.
3. Professional, pleasant, and customer-focused attitude.
4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
5. Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
