Job summary

7-ELEVEN Singapore seeks a detail-oriented project coordinator to support M&E works for retail stores. Fresh diploma/degree graduates are welcome; project management experience is a plus. You will coordinate internal resources and vendors to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget project delivery.

You will review drawings, documents, and cost estimates, interact with stakeholders, and help drive cost reductions while maintaining store operations. Training and career advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Fresh diploma / degree / ITE graduates in relevant field are welcomed.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented & meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Review M&E drawings, documents, reports and material submitted by contractors.
• Manage site activities, vendors and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with electrical & CP codes and quality standards.
• Oversee M&E systems and retail store construction projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
