Responsibilities:
Ensure People & Asset Safety
Safeguard teammates, users, and assets by managing internal and external risks, implementing evacuation plans, conducting safety training, and ensuring reliability in quality processes.
Drive Operational Efficiency & Cost Management
Animate store efficiency, support continuous improvement, manage operating costs, and enhance investment effectiveness.
Optimize Stock & Flow Management
Train teammates on replenishment systems, ensure accurate stock control, and enforce flow procedures to support both in-store and out-store business.
Oversee Maintenance & Environmental Impact
Manage maintenance contracts, planning, and safety; implement sustainability action plans, monitor provider eco-impact, and promote eco-mobility.
Deliver Outstanding Customer & Omnichannel Experience
Lead initiatives to grow omnichannel business, ensure best-in-class customer experience, and provide top-tier welcoming and cashiering service.
