Basic Up to $4400 + Commissions Up to $1000

Are you a dynamic and results-driven leader with a passion for retail? We’re looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team in achieving and exceeding sales goals through strategic planning, team coaching, and customer-centric selling
  • Deliver a consistently elevated client experience that reflects the brand’s values, aesthetic, and service ethos
  • Build a loyal base of clientele, with a strong focus on engaging and retaining VIP and high-value customers
  • Analyze sales trends and KPIs to develop action plans that drive performance and conversion
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team with a focus on motivation, collaboration, and excellence
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure individual and team performance meets company expectation
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the boutique, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and compliance with operational policies
  • Ensure the store is impeccably presented and aligned with seasonal visual merchandising standards
  • Oversee inventory management processes, including stock replenishment, transfers, shrinkage control, and cycle counts

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Passion for luxury fashion, lifestyle, and a deep appreciation for delivering exceptional customer service
