Job Description & Requirements

Salary: $4000 to $5000

Working hours: shift hours - 10am to 7pm or 1230 to 930pm

Working Location:

Holland V, Central or East (Flexible to work on any store)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team and oversee daily operations at our retail store
• Responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring the exceptional customer's shopping experience in the store
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns and complaints professionally and promptly
• Planning staff roster and ensuring the smooth planning of appointments for the pet groomer
• Recruit, train and provide product and service training to new team members
• Enhance the on-boarding plan for new team members
• Coach and motivate a team of sales associates and pet groomers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Evaluate staff performance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Develop and implement action plans to maximize store performance
• Ensure store merchandising align with company expectations
• Work closely with suppliers/vendors on stock ordering, and to build good connection with the landlord
