Responsibilities
Manage and responsible for the store daily operation
Develop a strong, long-term relationship with new and existing customers
Implement and manage actions to improve customer communication and satisfaction
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to the customers
Develop sales and marketing plan to achieve monthly sales target
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Senior Team
Assist in contacting and managing media interviews with the local media
Assist with the weekly delivery and buyback operations at the store
Experience and Skills to be valued
Experience in selling and marketing high-end luxury goods (watches, jewellery, real estate, automobiles, etc.)
Experience in brand PR and product marketing in Singapore
Experience in the retail industry of apparel or jewellery as a manager in charge of operations and management
Requirements
Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a performance-driven attitude with a hunger and thirst for sales and results
Adapt to learning skills and knowledge with products that are completely new to you
Min 1 year of retail experience in luxury goods
Able to work autonomously and independently
A good team player, a self-starter with strong communication skills
Extensive background in CRM, E-Commerce, POS, Google Workspace software
