Job description

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Address customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
  • Generate ideas to cultivate a loyal customer base.

Operational Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day store functions and supervise retail staff.
  • Ensure that store presentation aligns with the brand's image.
  • Oversee staff grooming and appearance during working hours.
  • Maintain inventory levels and notify management when stock is low.
  • Prepare and manage shift schedules and duty rosters.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Lead the team to achieve or surpass sales targets and KPIs.
  • Review sales performance monthly, propose action plans, and report results to management.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute sales campaigns, marketing events, and promotions.

Leadership and Management:

  • Cultivate a positive and supportive work culture within the team.
  • Train and motivate retail associates to maintain high standards and uphold company values.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the retail store and warehouse, ensuring smooth operations.

Additional Duties:

  • Conduct performance reviews and appraisals for staff.
  • Undertake any additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the beauty sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in computer skills, with e-commerce experience as an advantage.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (44 hours per week).
