Job summary

A leading beauty retail company in Singapore is seeking a Retail Store Manager to drive sales, manage store performance, and lead a team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a supervisory role within the beauty industry, strong communication skills, and a passion for client service. This role includes shift work and extensive team leadership. Competitive salary package offered, contract may convert to permanent.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or team-lead role, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or spa environment.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Able to mentor, motivate, and lead a team towards achieving business goals.
  • Comfortable with retail work schedules, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to delivering great customer service.

Job Details:
  • Available Locations: Islandwide, depending on outlet vacancy
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Team Commission
  • Retail Working Hours: Shift Work (included weekends and public holidays)
  • 3 months contract convert to perm
Job Scope:

Requirement:
