Job description

Looking for experienced Retail Store Manager.

Salary $2500 and above + attractive commissions & perks

Working location : Tampines 1

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and manage the Sales Associates to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience aligned with brand standards.

  • Coach and develop team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and service excellence.

  • Manage daily store operations, including staffing, inventory control, and cash handling.

  • Analyze sales reports, identify business opportunities, and implement action plans to drive performance.

  • Handle customer issues, complaints, and after-sales service professionally and effectively.

  • Represent the brand at all times with a polished and professional image.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and team management.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Organized, results-driven, and customer-focused.

  • Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Working hours: 5.5 days work week/ 44 hours
