Retail Store Manager

Work Week: 5.5 days

Working Hours: 10:30 am to 8:30 pm

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations & Sales: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and an inviting shopping environment. Drive sales performance through excellent customer service and upselling. Monitor inventory, stock levels, and merchandising to optimize product appeal.

2. Customer Experience: Ensure every customer has a positive and personalized shopping experience while sharing the sustainability mission and values.

3. Team Leadership & Staffing:Train and guide the sales team to deliver expert product knowledge and styling advice. Oversee staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage during peak and off-peak hours. Maintain a positive, motivated, and collaborative work environment.

4. Vendor Management: Know each partnership's terms and track each brand's inventory and product flow in-house. Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders to enhance restocking, branding VM, and other store activities.

5. Event Execution & Store Partnerships: Work with the marketing team to execute activations, promotions, and exclusive shopping experiences. Facilitate Workshops and pop-ups hosted in the store.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of retail management experience, ideally in lifestyle brands or fashion.

2. Strong leadership and people management skills.

3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering top-tier customer service.

4. Experience executing events and working with retail partners.

5. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak tourist seasons.

6. Excellent spoken English with the ability to speak at least one other Asian language
