Job description

In this role, you will create engaging content across social media platform that promote our brand. We are looking for a skillful storyteller, creative thinker and charismatic personality with good communication skill to showcase our brand.You will also manage day to day retail store operation.

1. Social Media Management:

- Create, edit, and manage content across TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, including posts, reels, stories, and shorts.

- Use video editing and AI tools (e.g. CapCut, Canva) to create polished, high-impact content efficiently.

- Engage with followers and the online community to build a strong, loyal audience.

- Partner with relevant influencers and content creators to expand brand visibility and reach — including sourcing and liaising

- Develop and execute engaging video content and social media strategies that reflect Company’s brand, products, and values.

- Have experience and willing to appear in video for social media content is a big plus

2. Retail Store management:

- Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store

- Assessing customers’ needs and suggesting solutions to their problems

- Using Consulting sell techniques to increase store sales

- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.

- Proficient IT knowledge background is preferred

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in similar position.

• Must have experienced in create, edit, and manage social media content (posts, reels, stories, and shorts etc)

• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

• Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator and CapCut.

• Have experience and willing to appear in video promoting our products is a big plus

• Proficient IT knowledge background is preferred
