Fashion Product Specialist (Entrepreneur-in-Training) Location: Singapore (On-site & Remote Coordination) Availability: 5 Days/Week, Including Weekends (Closed Mondays) MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN SINGAPORE -REQUIRES IMMEDIATE START
Lisa Von Tang is a luxury fashion house headquartered in Singapore, with a growing presence across Asia and Europe. As we expand our global footprint through boutique retail partners and online channels, we are seeking a Fashion Product Specialist—or what we like to call an Entrepreneur-in-Training—to support our lean but powerful retail and logistics teams.
What You'll Do: IMMEDIATE START URGENT
Own and oversee the end-to-end product flow: from manufacturing to warehousing, to retail and customer delivery.
Conduct accurate stock counts and ensure real-time updates on inventory levels to streamline our stock-to-sales pipeline.
Organize backend product systems and create order out of chaos—you’re someone who finds joy in tidiness, structure, and processes.
Coordinate closely with our remote team, local warehouse, and logistics providers to ensure the right product gets to the right place, on time.
Fold, pack, and ship garments regularly—yes, you’ll be hands-on and in touch with the pieces that make this brand what it is.
Assist in in-store retail operations, including customer service and floor maintenance, when needed.
What You Bring:
A natural sense of order, discipline, and initiative—you like ticking boxes and love a well-labeled shelf.
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills (we live by our spreadsheets), with the ability to manage data and print labels efficiently.
A proactive communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments with daily check-ins across time zones and teams.
Experience in inventory management systems is a plus; fashion retail background, even better.
You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves—this role requires both sharp thinking and practical doing.
Who This Role is For:
Someone who wants to grow into a leadership role over time and learn the behind-the-scenes operations of a global fashion label.
A self-starter who can thrive independently but loves contributing to a creative and driven team.
An individual who wants to be part of building something iconic—and isn’t afraid of a little hard work to get there.
