Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations of the retail food outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead and motivate retail staff to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and ensure adequate manpower during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
  • Ensure hygiene, food safety, and store cleanliness standards are strictly followed.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally.
  • Prepare sales reports, monitor KPIs, and provide feedback to management.
  • Assist in training new hires and conducting on-the-job coaching.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as promotions and in-store displays.
Job Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in food retail or F&B operations, with supervisory exposure.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices is preferred.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office tools and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
