Job Summary

As a Lifestyle Sales Specialist, you will be the face of the company, responsible for engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their renovation needs, and recommending suitable design or package solutions. You will also provide excellent after-sales support and help ensure a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement

  • Greet walk-in customers and understand their home renovation needs.
  • Provide professional advice on products, packages, and services.
  • Conduct showroom tours and product demonstrations.

2. Sales & Consultation

  • Promote company products, renovation solutions, design services, and ongoing promotions.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.

3. Customer Service & Follow-up

  • Ensure smooth handover to project/operations teams after sales confirmation.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships with timely follow-ups.
  • Handle inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.

4. Showroom Operations

  • Ensure the showroom is clean, presentable, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Assist in setting up promotional displays and participating in marketing events.

Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in any field.
  • 1–3 years of retail sales or customer-facing experience preferred (experience in interior design, furniture, or home-related industry is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
