Perm position
Reports to HQ at Teban Gardens, have to run around the retail outlets in SG
Up $6k basic

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive retail sales performance, margin growth, and customer retention

• Oversee store operations, inventory management, and compliance with regulatory standards

• Lead and develop high-performing retail teams with strong product knowledge

• Maintain exceptional customer service and handle escalated after-sales matters

• Ensure premium visual merchandising of high-value products

• Manage budgets, store audits, and implement loss prevention measures

• Plan and execute events such as product launches and exclusive client showcases

• Analyse sales data and operational KPIs to provide strategic insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, Finance, or related fields

• 5+ years in retail/operations management, ideally with high-value products

• Strong grasp of precious metals market, customer service, and after-sales support

• Proven P&L ownership, sales growth, and budget planning experience

• Skilled in retail event execution, store operations, and compliance matters

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

• Proficient in retail systems, KPIs, and handling ad hoc operational needs
