Qualifications

• Proven retail sales experience.

• Ability to use labeling and pricing equipment and POS software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Retail management experience preferred- outdoor industry.
• Retail background preferred- previous management experience.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Available to work within opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing items.
• Restock the retail space and maintain appealing displays.
• Deliver exceptional service to all clientele while upholding brand standards.
• Operate cash registers and POS terminals.
• Monitor quality and accuracy of sales data in client books.
• Support staff trainings and new hire inductions.
• Identify performance issues and report to Store Manager.
• Keep the store fully stocked and visually appealing.
• Interact with customers to assess needs and preferences.
• Handle shipments and verify quantities.
