Job summary

E-Cruit Team Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Field Sales Associate to visit assigned outlets, replenish stock, and ensure product visibility and promotions are according to guidelines.

You will build relationships with outlet contacts, oversee promotional activities, monitor stock levels, and educate retailers on product knowledge, while staying aware of competitor activity and executing adhoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or retail environments is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to assigned locations around Singapore.
• Full-time office-based role with 44 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visit assigned outlets to replenish stock and ensure product availability and visibility
• Display products, information, and promotions according to guidelines
• Maximize POSM placement and ensure it's up-to-date
• Build and maintain relationships with outlet contacts
• Oversee promotional activities and ensure proper execution
• Ensure outlets maintain adequate stock levels
• Educate retailers on product knowledge
• Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned
