Summary:

• Basic salary up $2200 / Gross salary $2500 to $2800

• Personal + Store Commission

• 5.5 days per week (8 hours shift)

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly as they enter the store, creating a welcoming and pleasant environment.

• Assist customers in selecting products that align with their preferences and requirements.

• Provide comprehensive product information and educate customers about the latest fashion trends, product features, and the unique advantages of our offerings.

• Process transactions accurately and swiftly, handling payments through various methods like cash and credit cards.

• Meet personal and team sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer questions, concerns, and returns with professionalism and courtesy.

• Support store upkeep, inventory tracking, and periodic stock audits.
