Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with general inquiries
• Repairs (First-Level Check), Product viewing and introductions, Showroom sales
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Maintain the showroom, including housekeeping tasks
• Perform administrative duties related to the counter and showroom
• Follow up on customers' and dealers' repair items
• Support the Call Centre when needed
• Collaborate with inter-department colleagues to ensure customer commitments are met
