Job description

Singapore (Chinatown Area) | 6 Days/Week | 9:00am – 7:30pm (Sun/PH: till 5:00pm)
Full-Time | In-Store Role
SGD $2,500 – $3,000/month (Based on Experience)
Commission + Staff Discounts on Jewellery

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations to walk-in clients
• Assist in sales, client follow-ups, and order fulfilment
• Maintain visual merchandising and cleanliness of the store
• Assist colleagues with sales support and in-store customer care
• Handle basic cashier duties and POS transactions
• Stay familiar with product range (gold, diamonds, gemstones – training provided)

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail or luxury sales; jewellery experience is highly advantageous
• Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Training on product knowledge will be provided
