Job Description:

• Engage and attend to walk-in customers at the showroom, actively promoting company products and services to drive sales

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business

• Identify new sales opportunities beyond walk-in traffic, including potential business leads and referrals

• Prepare and present business proposals and quotations tailored to clients’ needs

• Respond to enquiries by educating clients on product features, quality, and the value of international brands

• Manage customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner

• Process sales transactions, stock orders, inventory replenishment, and support visual merchandising efforts

• Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of products, aligning with customer expectations and requirements

• Provide basic technical support and guidance where necessary

• Participate in meetings and attend site visits with clients when required

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients

• Proactive, passionate, and eager to learn

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with general computer use
