In this role, you’ll play a vital part in upholding our brand experience and store excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert product recommendations.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Meet and aim to exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Guide customers through the sales process, from inquiry to purchase.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product tagging.
• Stay current on product features, new collections, and brand story.
• Collaborate with the team on in-store events, product launches, and promotions.
• Support administrative duties such as reporting sales and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a consultative sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident in engaging with customers.
• Strong attention to detail and basic proficiency in handling POS systems.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for lifestyle or fashion products.
• Able to manage time effectively in a dynamic retail setting.
