Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers, understand their needs, and assist in selecting and purchasing products that best suit their requirements by offering accurate and appropriate product recommendations.
• Maintain overall store cleanliness and organization, ensure attractive visual merchandising displays, manage cashier duties, and handle the opening and closing of the POS system.
• Oversee inventory management, including conducting regular stock takes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer service-oriented personality.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including some weekends (occasional).
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required for assisting Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Only open to Singaporean citizens or permanent residents.
