Retail Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Retail products include HP mobile products and HP accessories.

Job Duties:

1. Serve customers by helping them select products.
2. Drive sales through engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
3. Greet and receive customers warmly.
4. Respond to customer inquiries.
5. Engage customers when displaying products at racks and counters.
6. Provide outstanding customer service and information regarding warranties.
7. Document sales by updating customer profile records.
8. Manage financial transactions, including processing payments via checks, cash, and credit/debit cards.
9. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
10. Receive merchandise for servicing.
11. Inform clients about upcoming sales and potential merchandise of interest.
12. Manage store cleanliness and ensure proper merchandise display at the end of each day.
13. Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
