Retail sales executive-

Roles & Responsibilities

Retail products include hp mobile products and HP accessories

Job Duties:

• Serves customers by helping them select products.

• Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing of product knowledge.

• Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.

• Respond to customers’ questions.

• Engage customers when emshiwing them to racks and counters.

• Provide outstanding customer service and provide information for warranty.

• Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records.

• Manages financial transactions.

• Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.

• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.

• Receive merchandise for servicing.

• Keep clients informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.

• Manage end-of-day cleaning in store and ensure merchandise is properly displayed

• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
