Job description

  • Position : Retail Sales Consultant (Designer Furniture/UNCAPPED COMMISSION) - Up to Gross $5,000
  • Location : Downtown - Bencoolen (Near MRT)
  • Working hours : Monday - Friday 10.30am - 8pm | Saturday to Sunday shift hours (2 weekend off per month)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Up To $3000 + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonus + OT payable + 16 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : High End Designer Furniture

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
  • Handle client inquiries and update them on company info, promotions, and events.
  • Review and update customer orders weekly.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the system (GP) and databases.
  • Host company events and attend trade shows as needed.
  • Assist in training new staff on systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage showroom duty roster for optimal staffing.
  • Ensure showroom cleanliness and presentation.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse on delivery updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Higher Nitec Level with at least 1-2 year sales experience or relevant experience.
  • Independent and proactive.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients who can only speak mandarin.
