Job summary

CAREERALLY PTE. LTD. Singapore is recruiting a Full-Time Sales Advisor for luxury brands. You will deliver personalised customer service, engage clients to drive sales, and maintain boutique presentation while managing stock and daily store operations, including POS transactions and after-sales support.

Ideal candidates have customer-facing experience and a passion for high-end retail, with flexibility to work weekends and public holidays in a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or other customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• Passion for customer service and creating exceptional shopping experiences.
• Comfortable working in a sales-target environment.
• Basic familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
• Able to commit to retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Full-Time | Multiple Locations | 5-Day Work Week

We represent several retail brands, including luxury retail, currently expanding their boutique teams with full-time Sales Advisors. If you have a passion for high-end fashion and a natural ability to build meaningful client relationships, we want to connect with you!

Role Highlights

• Monthly Base: $2,000 - $2,500
• Monthly Commission: $1,000 - $3,000 (Performance-based)
• Total Expected Gross: $3,000 - $5,000+ per month
• Category: Luxury Goods & Ready-To-Wear (RTW)
• Work Schedule: Permanent role | 5-day work week (Includes 1 weekend off)
