Job description

We are a professional athletic sports footwear and apparel brand from China since 1990. We are looking for energetic team members to join us and grow with us!

Job Descriptions

  • Greet and direct customers

  • Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)

  • Answer customers’ questions about products/services

  • Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations

  • Assisting in maintaining the store room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor

  • Cross-sell and upsell products

  • Ensure racks are fully stocked

  • Manage returns of merchandise

  • Coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)

  • Inform customers about discounts and special offers

  • Inviting the customer to join a loyalty program if there is one

  • Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager

  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services

  • Maintaining the store cleanliness

Requirements

  • Familiarity with POS (point of sale) systems and the ability to learn new technologies

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Cheerful working attitude

  • Outstanding customer service skills

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule

  • Ability to upsell

  • Candidate with a few years of sales experiences and visual merchandising experience will be considered for a senior role

  • Ability to work under a fast-paced working environment
