Senior Sales Associate / Sales Associate (Various locations)

Primary Purpose: You will contribute to achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilizing your selling skills and service training. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and representing the Coach brand as an ambassador to ensure customer needs are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of individual productivity and utilize resources effectively.
  • Tailor your approach to different customers by reading cues.
  • Build long-term client relationships through programs like Clienteling.
