Job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated retail sales associate to join us!
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our dynamic retail environment.

Job Position: Retail Sales Associate (Full-Time)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day retail operations
  

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Deliver consistent and professional service at all times
  

• Proactively attend to walk in customers and offer product recommendations based on their needs

• Understand different product ranges eg. mobile phone accessories and lifestyle accessories
  

• Promoting current sales and promotions to enhance the customer experience and drive sales

• Provide accurate information about product pricing and product features
  

• Stock replenishment and stock taking to ensure overall stock accuracy

• Maintaining a clean and organised sales floor by restocking shelves arranging displays according to the level of standards
  

• Perform cashiering duties

• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Work Schedule:

• 6 Days Work Week (including weekends)

• Fixed 1 weekday off per week

• 11AM - 9PM

Requirements:

Candidates must process the minimum requirement of GCE N/O'Level qualification and above, with a pass in English grade.

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
