RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, providing information about broadband products and services.
  2. Assist customers in selecting the most suitable broadband plans and equipment based on their needs and preferences.
  3. Conduct demonstrations of broadband equipment and services to showcase their features and benefits.
  4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including activating new broadband accounts and processing payments.
  5. Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to broadband connectivity and equipment setup, offering guidance and assistance to customers.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including product displays and promotional materials.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in broadband technology and services to effectively communicate product offerings to customers.
  8. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  9. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to the overall success of the retail operation.
  10. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and opportunities for improvement in products and services.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Minimum Professional Certificate/Diploma in any field.
  2. At least 2 years of retail experience required.
  3. Prior experience in IT/Telco industries will be an added advantage.
  4. Prior experience in Telesales preferred.
  5. Strong negotiation, listening, presentation, and time management skills.
  6. Excellent customer relationship skills.
