Retail Sales Associate

Job Overview

Perform the role as Retail Sales Associate to handle sales transaction, enrollment and other customer service duties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers
• Perform cashiering duties with accuracy.
• Handle and process sales exchange and returns
• Handle enrolment duties.
• Maintain high standard of housekeeping
• Involve in in-house store product demonstrations.
• Demonstrate and explain product quality
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level.
• Able to work retail hours
• Relevant experience in customer service and cashiering experience is preferred.
• Proactive and independent

Other Information:

• Working location: City Square Mall
• Working hours from 11.30am to 9pm (Mon-Fri) & 11.30am to 6pm (Sat)
• Off on Sundays and Public Holidays
• Training and uniforms will be provided
