About the role

As a Retail Associate at ZenBron(朱炳仁铜), you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional customer experience in our retail store at Chinatown Point. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Customer Service: Attend to customers’ needs and serve customers and make connections with potential customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Product introduction & sales : Keep up to date with all product knowledge and provide prompt and good customer service that leads to sales closure.
• Store Maintenance: keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Cash Handling: handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment accurately
• Opening and Closing Procedures: assist in opening and closing the store as per schedule
• Any ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned as and when required

What we're looking for

• Possess customer service mindset and ability to engage with people by telling stories
• Motivated and passionate about Chinese Art products – e.g. Bronze Sculpture
• Able to work rotating shift hours, on weekends and public holiday
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Able to converse in Mandarin and English, as we are selling Chinese art products
• Prior experience in Retail & Consumer Products industry preferred but not a must
